How can I schedule a pick for my vehicle?

Simply give us a call on 0478 658 800 or submit an online enquiry and we will arrange a pick up for your car. We will need the address of the car and your contact number. The customer needs to advise us of their availability. We operate Monday to Saturday between 8am-6pm and our customer service team is available to answer all your queries.

How is the payment process is completed?

The payment will be made to you during pick up. It will be online transfer and a payment and car purchase receipt will be given at the same time.

What documents do I need to provide?

When we arrive to tow the car away, we will need the keys for the car, your drivers licence or current photo ID and if you have the Rego paper. You will be required to provide us the proof of ownership.

What type of vehicle can I sell to Active car removal?

We buy all kind of vehicles in any make and model. The car can be in any body type including: sedan, hatchback, ute, 4×4, SUV, Truck and much more. Whether its running or not, with or without rego we will still buy it for cash.

Do you pick up car body shells?

Unfortunately we do not pick up body shells, as only scrap metal companies are authorised to perform that job.
